About the Role: As a Senior Career Consultant, you’ll handle 100% warm leads from individuals enquiring about training and career change. You’ll guide them through a structured decision-making process and help recommend a course that aligns with their professional goals. This is a consultative phone-based sales role where you’ll be dealing with everyone from recent grads, job changers, to mid-career professionals seeking growth. Your day-to-day will include: Managing 5–10 fresh warm leads per day (no cold calling) Making 80–100 calls daily, with 2–3 hours of talk time Hosting deep-dive phone consultations (avg. 40 mins) Using a structured sales approach to understand motivations & goals Recommending the best course options and outlining next steps Collaborating with your team to refine messaging and share wins Using CRM and call tools to manage pipeline and track conversations Following up with leads, handling objections, and closing with confidence What’s In It for You?
